Toolbox Saw – 380mm x 12 ppi
The teeth on these toolbox saws are triple, diamond ground and will cut on both the pull and push stroke, making for an extremely fast cut. Each tooth is impulse hardened for a durable and long working life and are razor sharp to leave a super fine finish in hardwood, softwood, composite board and plastic. The tooth geometry allows for both ripping and cross cutting and swarf is quickly cleared from the teeth making them function in dry and wet woods without clogging. The blades are made from 1.0mm thick steel which is Teflon coated to ensure low friction for a smooth controlled cut. The Teflon coating is extremely hardwearing and prevents rust and marking on the surface of the wood.
The heavy duty handle is made from two components, consisting of a hard inner layer and cushioned outer layer with perforations for a comfortable and secure grip. The handle also incorporates 45° and 90° angles for fast marking out. These toolbox saws have an excellent reputation and are equally at home in the cabinetmakers shop for fine finish work or out on site for 1st and 2nd fix joinery. The blade on this toolbox saw measures 380mm and has 12 points per inch. ©
