Pocket Hole Face and Assembly Clamp – 100mm
These versatile and efficient clamps combine the functions of a pocket hole assembly clamp and a face clamp in one, covering all aspects of pocket hole joinery. Switch seamlessly between jaw types by releasing the hex bolt and rotating the top jaw 180°. The fast jaw clamping mechanism allows these clamps to be applied one handed within seconds, with minimal effort required to adjust the clamping capacity.
As a face clamp, the 25mm diameter clamp jaws are ideal for securing a pocket hole jig in place or for clamping over joint lines to ensure perfectly flush seams. With the joint being held flush by the clamp, it means when the pocket hole screw is driven it will not follow the grain of the wood, remaining true and not misaligning the joint. The jaws swivel freely, allowing a parallel, even clamping pressure to be achieved, even on irregular shaped work.
When converted to a pocket hole clamp, the hardened pin on the top jaw fits perfectly into a pocket hole, working with the swivelling foot on the opposite face to hold joints at 90° during assembly whilst screwing into an adjacent pocket hole. These clamps can be used on a multitude of different sized projects, with their jaws opening wide enough to accommodate larger work and several clamps can be used at the same time when assembling the largest of projects.
Constructed from steel forgings for strength and durability, each clamp features an ergonomically designed soft grip handle to allow you to easily transfer the clamping force. A quick release lever within the handle allows the clamps to be disengaged both quickly and smoothly. Each clamp has a 100mm throat depth and clamping capacity of 100mm as both a face clamp and pocket hole assembly clamp. ©
